* The ticket price ($50) equals the fair market value of what you'll receive in goods and services by attending the event. It is, therefore, not tax deductible.

** Donations made directly to Nova Ukraine (EIN: 46-5335435) are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. For example, the amount paid for silent auction items above and beyond their fair market value is a tax-deductible expense. Please consult your tax accountant for more information.

If you are unable to pay online for any reason, please email us for more options.

Please make sure to read and agree to the COVID policies outlined on our ticket sale page prior to purchasing your tickets!

Why Nova Ukraine?

We selected Nova Ukraine for the following reasons:

  1. Nova Ukraine is a 501(c)(3) charity organization (EIN 46-5335435) and is governed by U.S. laws.

  2. Nova Ukraine is headquartered in Palo Alto, CA (local to the Bay Area).

  3. Nova Ukraine has focused exclusively on Ukraine since it was founded in 2014. Since the war started, they have shifted all of their efforts to humanitarian aid. They do not help to equip the active military, but concentrate on saving human lives.

  4. Nova Ukraine's people in the U.S. are professionals and dedicated volunteers. Nova Ukraine's operational expenses are less than 2% of the revenue they accumulate, meaning that the remainder is used to directly help Ukrainians.

  5. Nova Ukraine regularly communicates and updates their business and community partners on their progress through email and on their website.
