Introduction to Ballroom

If you’ve never danced before, it can be confusing to know where to begin. The best place to start is in a group class that focuses on the new dancer, our Intro to Ballroom Class. In the class you will learn everything you need to know to understand ballroom dancing and be able to practice outside of class. In addition, you’ll meet new friends and enjoy the welcoming environment of the dance studio.

Getting Started

All new students should register for the Intro to Ballroom Series Class. This class addresses the vital theory of how to learn to ballroom dance and puts everyone on the “same page”, allowing the classes to move forward evenly. Each class is 1 hour in length. Series begins the first Wednesday of every month and continues each Wednesday for four Wednesdays (for some months, the series may be only three weeks due to holidays and have a pro-rated price – please see our calendar).
